We are even staying open an extra hour for the celebration. \nJoin us for a festive evening of pottery painting\, sweets\, surprises\, and plenty of creative energy as we celebrate 25 years in Downtown McKinney. \nWhat to expect:• Pottery painting during a special after-hours celebration• Birthday sweets and treats• Swag bags and surprise giveaways• Entry into our drawing to win Free Pottery for a Year• A lively\, creative night with fellow Walls of Clay fans \nHere’s how it works:• Reserve your seat with a $10 ticket (non-refundable)• All guests will have a $25 minimum spend on pottery the night of the event• Choose your piece from our studio shelves and paint at your own pace \nThis is the first event of our 25th Birthday Bash Weekend\, and we have a few fun surprises planned along the way. \nBYOB friendly for guests 21+.Reservations required. By registering\, you agree to these terms. \nGeneral Policies \n\nNon-Refundable Purchases: All purchases are non-refundable. With proper notification\, a credit will be issued to your account for future use.\n\nNo Shows: Failure to notify us or attend the event will result in forfeiture of your payment. No refunds or credits will be provided.\n\n\nCredits: Credits issued for missed events do not expire and may be used for any workshop or open studio session. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.\nKiln-Fired Arts Disclaimer: Due to the nature of kiln-fired art\, occasional imperfections\, cracks\, or other unexpected outcomes may occur during the firing process. While we take every precaution\, some factors are beyond our control. In the rare event your piece is damaged during firing\, we will issue a credit along with our sincerest apologies.\n\nSpecialty Items \n\nSpecialty items include techniques or materials not available during regular studio hours (e.g.\, themed techniques\, specialty glazes\, glass\, and clay projects).\nYour purchase for these events is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend\, notify us prior to the event to receive a credit for a future workshop or open studio.\nFinished items must be picked up within 30 days of notification. By working with fused glass\, you (and your guests) voluntarily accept all risks associated with the creation of your art project including\, but not limited to\, cuts or other injuries from glass.\n\nAlcohol Policy (If Applicable) \n\nBy participating in an event involving alcohol\, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and will consume alcoholic beverages responsibly.\nWalls of Clay attendees are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe\, responsible means of transportation before leaving the studio. Anyone believed to be intoxicated before entering the studio may be denied entry.\nOur team is dedicated to your safety. If we feel you are intoxicated or impaired\, Walls of Clay LLC will take the following steps to ensure your safety and those around you:\n\nSeek a designated driver.\nIf no driver is available\, we will ask for the contact information of someone who can pick you up.\nIf no one is available\, we will call Uber or Lyft\, your choice.\nIf you refuse steps 1\, 2\, and 3\, we will call 911 and let law enforcement handle the situation.\n\n\n\nGeneral Release \n\nPictures and videos may be taken during workshops and events for use in Walls of Clay’s marketing and advertising efforts\, both in print and online.\n\nAuthorization for Emergency Medical Attention \n\nBy accepting these terms\, you authorize Walls of Clay and its staff to administer general first aid for minor injuries or illnesses. In the event of a life-threatening emergency\, you authorize Walls of Clay to summon emergency personnel and provide necessary medical care\, including treatment by licensed professionals. If you have only 1 or 2 makers\, you are welcome to walk in or call ahead (see step 3 for call ahead procedures). https://bit.ly/45aA5KI\nWALK-IN. Walk-in are always welcome. If we do not have any open tables\, we are happy to add your group to a waitlist.\nCALL AHEAD. Call 15 minutes before you are headed to downtown McKinney. If there is a table available\, we can hold it for 15 minutes. If there are no tables available\, we will add your name to a waitlist.
