COVID-19 Update 03.30.2020
Our studio will re-open at a very limited capacity on Wednesday, April 1st. While all in-studio hours and availability remain suspended, curbside pickup and drop off is available. In addition, we have added a delivery option for the following zip codes: 75069 | 75070 | 75071 and 75072.
Studio Hours (curbside and delivery) are Tuesday – Saturday 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
Curbside Pickup Option
Purchases made before 9:00 am will be ready for curbside pickup after 12:00 pm on the same day, except for Sundays and Mondays, when our studio is closed.
Purchases made after 9:00 am on Saturday will be ready for pickup on Tuesday since our studio is temporarily closed Sunday and Monday. We will, however, do our best to fill your order as quickly as possible.
Effective April 1st; our studio hours (curbside only) are Tuesday – Saturday 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm. You may pick up your order (curbside only) during these hours, keeping in mind orders placed after 9:00 am will be ready the following day after 12:00 pm. Please call the studio before arriving to make sure our hours have not changed, as this is very much a fluid situation for us all.
Porch | Entryway Delivery Option
At this time, we can only offer delivery to the following zip codes; 75069, 75070, 75071 and 75072.
If you do not live in one of these zip codes, please do not select the delivery option. No refunds or credits will be processed for selecting the delivery option outside of these zip codes.
During checkout, please provide a phone number for receiving a delivery confirmation text.
To maintain social distancing, we will not knock or ring the doorbell. Your to-go kit will be placed by the front door, a picture will be taken and texted to the number provided.
If you do not have a covered porch or entryway, we do not recommend the delivery option as we are not responsible for your package once delivery confirmation is texted.
The delivery fee of $10 will include a $5 coupon for future IN-STUDIO painting. Please keep track of your coupon, as we are unable to keep track of it ourselves. Coupons must be provided IN-STUDIO, at the time of use.
COVID-19 Update 03.26.2020
We are temporarily suspending our POTTERY TO GO curbside pickup, effective at 3:00 pm on March 26th.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm on March 26th will be available once we resume curbside operations. This is a fluid situation and we don’t have all of the answers just yet. We are working out the logistics now to be in full compliance with McKinney’s Shelter In Place declaration as well as the safety and well being of our customers and team. Stay tuned!
If you do opt to purchase a POTTERY TO GO kit, we will notify you as soon as it’s available for pick up. We anticipate curbside pickup will resume on or about April 1st, though we cannot guarantee it. Please be patient and know that your purchase is supporting a small business and its team.
