4th Annual Oktoberfest Wine/Whiskey or Stein Stoneware Workshop
Saturday, September 26, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Kick off Oktoberfest Saturday with a little creativity! Join us in the party room for our 4th Annual Oktoberfest Wine or Stein Stoneware Workshop featuring our beautiful Engobe + Crystal glaze technique.
Reservation Only | Limited to 8 Guests
This is a guided workshop and we’ll begin promptly at 10:00 AM. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can choose your piece, get settled and be ready to create when instruction begins.
Paint It. Use It. Love It.
Before heading out to enjoy Oktoberfest weekend, spend your Saturday morning creating a one-of-a-kind piece of functional stoneware.
Choose a stein, stemless wine glass or one of our available mug styles, then we’ll guide you through our Engobe + Crystal technique from beginning to end.
Start by choosing an Engobe base color, then pair it with one of our specialty Crystal glazes. During firing, the two work together to create beautiful movement, depth and variation. No two finished pieces turn out exactly alike, and that’s part of the fun.

Not a stein person? Not a wine or whiskey drinker? No problem.

A Friendly Note About Arrival Time
We have a lot of creative fun to fit into two hours, and instruction begins promptly at 10:00 AM.
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to choose your piece and get settled before we begin. Because this is a guided workshop with several steps, arriving late may mean missing important instruction and make it difficult to complete your project with the group.
Important Notes
Your finished piece will stay with us after the workshop to be kiln fired. Stoneware requires a longer firing process than our traditional pottery, so pieces will be ready for pickup approximately 2–3 weeks after the workshop.
Every firing creates its own beautiful variations, making your finished piece uniquely yours.
